Question builders and typed answers share a calling shape across providers, with retries, timeouts and an injectable network transport. The community library’s 0.2.0 interface may change. TypeSafe does not accept images; image support belongs to some other providers.
How you can use it
If your team builds programs in Ruby, ask its programmer to study the example that rates how serious a reported problem is. This tool returns answers and probabilities for your program to check. A low-risk starting point would be made-up reports, rather than sharing private customer messages.
Keep the rules for acting on an answer in your own program, including what happens when an answer is missing. Your programmer can change which outside service answers the questions, but those services differ. In particular, TypeSafe cannot inspect images. Test each connection you intend to use.
