Have a developer build the project files and load the resulting folder directly into Chrome's extensions page. In the extension settings, paste your personal TypeSafe access key, which connects the software to the scanning service. When you browse rental listings, an on-page panel automatically appears with risk warnings.
The analysis produces a fast risk scorecard instead of proof that an apartment or landlord is safe. It can miss clever scams or misjudge good deals, so treat the warnings as a helpful checklist rather than a guarantee.
