POK-Agent is a Windows computer-use harness that pairs a large planning model with a fast local or hosted decision router to execute and replay desktop actions.
The agent relies on Windows UI Automation and text recognition to verify most steps locally. It supports a hosted JEV endpoint for fast routing, runs locally using Laya, or operates without a router. While autonomous mode permits many actions, commands affecting critical system files, security, or drivers still require approval.
How you can use it
The maker's Chrome font-size example compares a first planned attempt with a replay of saved actions. For repeated Windows desktop tasks, a planning model works out the steps and the program saves them after its own completion checks. A smaller model can select a matching sequence for later requests. Hosted Jev routing is optional and initially off; a saved sequence is not proof of completion.
The downloadable Windows program is unsigned, and diagnostics may retain screenshots. Hosted providers can receive screen images or locally extracted text context without masking private information. Inspect these risks before use. Autonomous mode permits many actions without asking, but critical system changes still require approval. These checks do not establish that the program is safe.
