What it does

Policies can use its confidence to route automatically or defer to a human.

How you can use it

You can use this to sort customer support messages. You give the software a message and questions with fixed choices. It answers every question at once. It also estimates how certain it is about each choice. Your developer can set your app to route clear cases automatically. It can wait for a person when unsure.

Your developer can download the recommended stable version to test a sample support ticket. The software runs completely on your own hardware instead of an outside service. It needs a computer with a powerful graphics card to work quickly. It only picks from your provided options and cannot write new text.

Maker-reported (not independently measured by JevMade): decides what to do with the numbers ("auto-route if above 90 %, otherwise ask a human")
