What it does

Its configuration can select or ignore rule families, enable optional checks such as passive voice, or disable Jev rules entirely.

How you can use it

You can use this tool to review drafts like blog posts or reports for clunky phrasing, repetitive filler, and formatting errors before publishing. A developer can help you clone the project using Python tools so you can run checks against Markdown, Office files, or web links.

Basic formatting checks run offline right away. To check sentence meaning, you must supply an access key that connects the tool to TypeSafe. Because text is sent across the internet to check clarity, avoid scanning sensitive private records, or switch on the setting that skips online checks entirely.
