Start by listing the choices and questions your app needs to answer. For a customer support inbox, you might write down department options like billing, technical help, or sales, along with clear descriptions for each. You can also define emotion levels or yes-and-no checks for urgency. Your developer can then turn these descriptions into Rust code.
Your developer connects the code to the TypeSafe online service using an access key. When messages arrive, the software asks the service for answers and checks how sure the service is. If the answer is certain, your app routes the message automatically. If the score is uncertain, the system can pass the ticket to a human reviewer instead.
