Borrow this idea for a game where players type commands such as turning off a room's lights. Have a developer ask about the place, object and action together. Once the answers arrive, the game uses only those that fit the command. It need not wait for each answer before asking the next question.
Begin by writing the questions for one kind of command. In this demo, a separate AI splits requests with several actions into smaller commands. It also writes replies to general questions. The command questions alone will not handle every kind of conversation.
