How you can use it
Snowflake Decision suits teams whose records are already stored in Snowflake, such as sending each customer complaint to the right team and rating how upset the customer sounds, all at once. Each answer says how sure the model is, so the confident ones can be acted on and the rest checked by a person. It is still a private preview, so access starts with your contact at Snowflake.
