What it does

The ticket example prints decisions rather than operating a help desk. The standalone Java client works without Spring AI, while hosted calls send application state and questions outside the machine.

How you can use it

Ask a Java developer to begin with the ticket-triage example, which prints decisions without connecting to a real help desk. Adapt its department options and review path to your own messages. Test those decisions before allowing actions, and avoid private data until you understand what the hosted provider receives.
