How you can use it
Start by writing a list of teams that handle customer issues and describe the tasks each team covers. You can also list tone options like calm or angry. A developer can then set up a publicly available AI to review incoming messages and pick from these exact choices in one quick step.
This design lets the software decide several questions at the same time, such as directing a message while checking tone. Keep in mind that the author notes the code was AI-generated, so your developer will need to test and adapt the approach carefully for everyday work.
