TypeSafe Jev Incident Router

A confidence-gated incident router that consults an ownership registry first and Jev only when routing needs interpretation: choice picks the response team, score places business impact, noul estimates blocked critical work, and low confidence routes to human review instead of action.

What it does

When the registry names an asset's authoritative owner, that fact wins and Jev never infers ownership. Below 0.75 choice confidence or 0.70 score confidence, the decision enters review; a 0.70-plus probability of blocked critical work forces high-priority review. It's a demonstration repo — synthetic incidents, and the use-case guide for data teams is honestly its main value.

How you can use it

A developer can use this code to send problem reports to the right team. The software first checks a simple list of known owners. If no one is listed, it asks the TypeSafe AI service for help. When the service is unsure, the program saves the report for a person to read.

The included test examples run entirely offline. A developer only needs an access key to connect live problem reports to TypeSafe. Check your company rules before sending real problems to an outside service, and keep private customer names out of the text.
