What it does

An unofficial Ruby client for the TypeSafe AI API.

How you can use it

You can have a programmer install this tool into a Ruby website to review help messages from customers. When someone asks for help, the tool inspects their text and returns clear answers, such as naming the right team to handle it, grading how upset the person sounds, or deciding if the problem needs attention today.

A programmer can add the software to an app running Ruby version 3.1 or newer. You will need a special account key from TypeSafe that lets your app talk directly to their computers. Every review depends entirely on an active internet connection to those remote computers, so it cannot work offline.
