Start by collecting sample alerts, support requests, or code updates that your team already handled. Decide which team should get each kind of message and what makes a problem urgent. A developer can then set up rules that sort new messages and send uncertain ones to a person.
Using the live service requires an access key that connects your setup to TypeSafe. The project also includes a local simulation mode that tests your routing without sending data outside your computer. Automated scores are never a guarantee of safety, so keep human review for risky choices.
