Agent tooling

wakegate

Most wakeup timers just resume the agent and pay for a full turn. wakegate asks Jev first, and skips the ones that aren't worth it.

What it does

User messages always wake the agent no matter what. Works on Workers, Durable Objects, and Node, and it never picks your sleep interval for you.

How you can use it

Start by writing down what your automated assistant is waiting for. You might describe an email about a job interview or a flight price under three hundred dollars. Your developer connects your app to an online evaluation service to check whether incoming updates match your note.

Whenever a background notification or incoming email arrives, your app sends it alongside your note for a quick check. If the check is uncertain or encounters a problem, your assistant wakes up anyway. Keep in mind that deceptive email wording could still trick the check into skipping.
