How you can use it
If your team uses Dataiku 15 or newer, your developer can install this plugin. They connect it using an access key, which is a special account code from the outside TypeSafe service. You set up questions with specific choices, such as picking the right department. The workflow then routes each message based on those answers.
You can also screen messages before an AI replies. Block mode stops any message marked dangerous. Audit mode lets the message pass anyway, but saves a note so you can review it later. Test these checks carefully because AI judgments can be wrong, and remember that your text travels outside Dataiku to TypeSafe.
