What it does

Wiring and tests live in apps/web/utils/decision-model. Nothing else about how the assistant sorts mail changes.

How you can use it

Use Inbox Zero to organize your work email. You can start with its hosted application. Connect your Google or Microsoft email account, then write plain-English rules to tell the assistant how to handle incoming messages.

To run the application yourself, a developer can follow the setup wizard and hosting guide. The guide covers connecting email and configuring the app. Running your own copy does not, by itself, guarantee that no email data reaches an outside service.
