Start by listing repetitive choices in your workflow, such as flagging possible fraud or escalating customer tickets. Instead of having a conversation, your app gives the service an organized question with set choices. It returns a direct decision alongside a confidence percentage to show how sure it is.
Your developer can use that score to control what happens next. The app can complete clear choices right away, but hold uncertain answers for a person to review. Because this service only handles specific choices, you will still need standard tools or human staff for full written replies.
