What it does

Choosing the wrong option is still possible, even when the answer fits the schema.

How you can use it

Start by writing down your business rules as simple yes-or-no questions or clear multiple-choice options. For example, you can list specific refund criteria or customer intent categories. Keep your real policies in standard code so you control every outcome.

Your developer can have your app send these questions to Jev together. Jev returns direct choices and probability scores instead of written text. Because Jev can pick the wrong option, your developer should add human review when scores show high uncertainty.
