Jev Desktop for Codex

What it does

Runs bounded Jev action selection inside Codex Computer Use for observed browser and macOS controls, with local outcome checks.

How you can use it

List the routine steps you want to automate in a browser tab or Mac app, such as filling forms or clicking next. Have a developer install the plugin for Codex and add an access key that connects the software to TypeSafe.

The tool picks the right button or text box while Codex checks the final result. Sensitive steps like making payments, sending messages, or deleting files stop and wait for your approval. It also cannot read drawn graphics or custom menus that hide their labels.
