How you can use it
Use the documented support-ticket example as a starting point. In n8n, the TypeSafe node asks whether a ticket belongs to billing, technical support or sales, then sends it toward that team.
Set a minimum confidence for sending a ticket directly to a team. Answers below that value can leave through a separate fallback path. The example uses a Switch step to choose between flagging those tickets for review and sending them to a person.
