Your app can sort a long list of customer messages. It reads a message and asks an outside AI service called TypeSafe several questions together. For example, it might ask which team should fix a problem. TypeSafe returns simple numbers to guide the app.
To start, you get an access key from TypeSafe. This key connects your software to their service. You type it in once to log in. You must also agree to a data notice to turn the tool on. Each check can handle up to thirty-two questions.
